Agency Registration
Registration for the 2025 career fair will open on July 1, 2025 via the University of Minnesota's Handshake platform.
As a consortium event, agency payments cannot be made through the University of Minnesota
as the payments need to be routed to the Minnesota Colleges and Universities Career Services Association. After your registration has been received, you will receive an emailed invoice with payment
instructions. You can also view the payment options as well as make a payment via debit/credit card at www.govnonprofitfair.org/payment
Registration Details
- Register by Wednesday, October 1, 2025, to be included in the candidate information
packet.
- No refunds after Wednesday, October 1, 2025.
- Cost per exhibit table is $100.
- Includes a 6' table, signage (organization name and table number), and up to 2 lunch/hospitality tickets. Table skirts are not provided.
- Up to 2 lunch tickets are included in your registration. Additional lunch tickets may be purchased during registration for $25. To add tickets after you've registered, email brenton@togevents.com.
- Electricity is available at a cost of $35.
Friday, October 31, 2025
- 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- Table set up. Coffee and pastries provided.
- 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Candidates visit agencies at exhibit tables.
- 11:30 a.m.
- Lunch will be provided for up to two reps. You may purchase
additional lunches for $25 each if you are bringing additional reps.
- 3:00 p.m.
- Fair closes.
