Welcome to the State Managers Conference Website!
Our goal for the conference this year is to provide you with new tools and strategies for managing a very different kind of organization in the future. Whether we are thinking about talent shortages, increasing diversity of constituents and employees, shrinking budgets or the need to keep up with technology, the changes we are facing require a transformation in how Minnesota government does business. Join us for an energizing day -- filled with information, ideas and networking opportunities to enhance your work as a state manager.

Conference Location
The St. Paul RiverCentre is St. Paul's premiere conference facility. It offers conference attendees accessible, state-of-the-art meeting space and quality food and beverage service. Parking is available in a secured ramp which is connected to RiverCentre via an enclosed, heated skyway. Daily rate is $10. Registration
Select Registration Form on the side bar menu to register online. You will receive a confirmation via email once you have registered. Registrations should be received by Thursday, November 27.
Conference Fee
The conference registration fee of $149 includes the admittance to all general sessions and breakout workshops, handout materials, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks and lunch.
Fee Payment Options
Payment of the registration fee can be made via electronic fund transfer and check.
Cancellations/Refunds/Substitutions
While no refund of the registration fee will be made, substitutions will be accepted at any time, including onsite. If inclement weather (or other circumstances beyond our control) necessitates cancellation or postponement, participants will be notified via announcements on WCCO-AM Radio.
