Exhibitor Information

We invite you to exhibit at the seventh annual Minnesota Public Safety Communications Conference in St. Cloud, Minnesota, Monday, May 1, 2017 - Wednesday, May 3, 2017 sponsored by the Minnesota Department of Public Safety Division of Emergency Communication Networks (DECN).

We are expecting approximately 350 attendees from all over Minnesota – representing Regional Radio Boards and associated committees, counties, tribes, cities, emergency medical services providers, and more.

Exhibitor Fees

Select the Exhibitor Registration link from the side bar menu to register to exhibit at the conference.  The fee is $425 business rate / $150 nonprofit rate for an 8 x 10 space. The fee includes an 8' table, pipe and draping, 2 chairs, 5 complimentary “exhibit only” guest passes, refreshments during morning and afternoon breaks, cleaning and maintenance of exhibits and aisles and 24 hour security. You will have access to wireless internet.  If you need additional items for your exhibit booth such as electricity, carpet or extra chairs/table, select items from the side bar menu.  The shipping forms also can be downloaded from the side bar menu.

Conference Registration

The exhibitor fee does not include the conference registration.  If you would like to attend the conference, the cost is $125 per rep.  You can register to attend the conference after you have completed the exhibitor registration form by selecting the Conference Registration link from the side bar menu.

7:30 to 9:00 a.m. – Exhibitor Setup
3:00 to 4:00 p.m. State Emergency Communications Board Meeting
4:00 to 5:30 p.m. – Exhibits open during the State Emergency Communications Board Meet and Greet

Tuesday, May 2, 2017

10:30 to 11:50 a.m. – Exhibits open during the first morning break
1:30 p.m. - Exhibitor tear down begins after lunch

The State Emergency Communications Board Meeting and the Meet and Greet will be held in the Terry Haws Exhibit Hall. The exhibits officially will open after the State Emergency Communications Board Meeting on Monday, May 1, at 4:30 p.m. Exhibitors must be set up by 9:00 a.m prior to the start of the General Session.
