The 2010 ISBNPA Annual Conference
begins on June 9th with pre-conference
educational and physical activity workshops. Educational
workshops begin at 8:30 a.m. and last until 11:30 a.m. At
noon, we’re kicking off our physical activity workshops
where you’re able to work off the effects of travel and
experience beautiful Minneapolis!
An opening reception at the Weisman Art Museum, a
local treasure, will begin at 6:00 p.m. on June 9th.
This reception is included in your conference fee.
The conference begins the following day on June 10th
with breakfast served at 8:00 a.m., and continues until
Saturday, June 12th at 4:15 p.m.
The registration desk is open from Wednesday, June 9th
at 7:30 a.m. until Saturday, June 12th at 4:30
p.m. We encourage you to pick up your attendance packets
when you arrive to avoid long lines and to be able to look
over the agenda and events taking place and make plans for
the days of the conference.
The International Society of Behavioral Nutrition and
Physical Activity (ISBNPA) is a professional organization
committed to the betterment of human health and the free
exchange of ideas, especially data-based findings, regarding
diet and physical activity research, programs and policy.

Our Members
ISBNPA has an international presence with nearly 400
members representing 29 countries. Our members come together
from more than 40 government agencies, industry and
professional organizations as well as close to 150 academic
and medical institutions. Members bring to this organization
a diversity of experience and expertise, with professional
credentials including BSc, DrPH, EdD, LD, MBA, MD, MPH, MSC,
PhD, RD, and RN.
