The Graduate and Professional School Day fee includes:

- One parking pass (if requested below),
- Morning refreshments and one lunch per recruiter.
- The $125 participation fee covers up to two representatives.

Regular registration (register by September 1, 2009): $125
Late registration (register after September 1, 2009): $150

PLEASE NOTE:  University of Minnesota programs wishing to participate in this event should NOT use this form to register.  Please email cclc@umn.edu to inquire about participation in this event.

LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AS SPACE ALLOWS.
No refunds will be given after September 21, 2009.
Refunds less administration fee of $25 prior to September 21, 2009.

Electrical outlets are only available along the perimeter of the event site.
If you request electricity, this will affect the placement of your table.
