Women Managing the Farm Conference
2009 to Present
www.togpartners.com/wmf
The Women Managing the Farm organization hired The Odyssey Group the last
three years to manage their annual conference held in Kansas. We are
involved in every aspect of the conference from site selection, presenter
contracts and solicitation of sponsors and exhibitors. We have
designed and maintained their conference website. We also assist grant
writers to obtain grant funding for the conference as well as awarding
scholarships to participants. The marketing materials include the save
the date postcard, registration brochure, conference program, the conference
website, sponsorship and exhibitor brochures and other collateral materials
as needed. The program consists of plenary sessions each day as well
as breakout sessions and an event in the evening for participants’
entertainment. Each year our duties involve wrapping up the previous
year’s conference, working on the current conference and planning the next
year’s conference.
