Minnesota Project Lead the Way Conference
2010 Conference
This conference is held annually for Minnesota school districts and
colleges participating in Project Lead the Way, a pre-engineering curriculum
program. The event includes preconference workshops followed by a
conference running from evening through the following day (for 240
participants in 2010). The conference includes general and breakout
sessions. We were hired to develop and manage a customized online
registration process; serve as liaison with the conference facility;
facilitate a process for school districts to access grant sponsor
reimbursement; prepare materials including nametags, registration lists and
signage; and manage onsite registration and operations.
