Minnesota Career and Technical Education Conference
2009 and 2010 Conferences
This statewide professional development conference for high school and
college Career and Technical Education professionals was held for the first
time in 2009, with 250 attendees. Projected attendance for 2010 is 350, for
a one-day event featuring a general session and breakout sessions. The
Odyssey Group has been involved both years, contracted for various services
including oversight of registration; confirmation of registrations; handling
communications with the public; facilitating the planning committee;
contacting and confirming all presenters; developing materials (flyers,
agendas, session descriptions, nametags, signs); assisting with site choice
and communications with the site on all arrangements; onsite registration
and operations; and compiling conference evaluation information.
