As a collection of talented partners, The Odyssey Group can focus on meeting and event activities that create real value for an organization. The Odyssey Group can bring their expertise and knowledge in working with the target audience to create an exceptional event from smaller meetings of several to event groups up to 45,000.

We handle a full range of event planning and logistics. Our management process involves comprehensive planning with the planning committee.  The Odyssey Group has one goal in mind — to develop a successful event that participants and the client can attend and enjoy, while The Odyssey Group handles and troubleshoots all situations that arise. We accomplish this goal by listening closely to the needs of our clients, understanding the target audience(s) for the event and developing a relationship with the event planning committee and facility staff.  Whether the goal is to boost attendance, increase income, broaden markets, affect credibility, strengthen brand recognition, provide professional development for constituents or simply have fun, goals are achieved seamlessly and gracefully. The Odyssey Group works to maintain the timeline set prior to the event — working with all updates and changes — by keeping in constant communication with the client.

Coordinating the marketing effort and relaying a consistent message are key to a successful marketing plan and image for your organization. The Odyssey Group has learned that the best marketing strategy in the world will ultimately fail if it doesn’t get the right message to a client’s potential new audience at the right place and the right time. The Odyssey Group has developed its own comprehensive online software handling registrations and payments. Working with the client, we determine the data that needs to be collected for all online forms.  Thoroughly collecting data prior to the event makes registration onsite run smoothly and efficiently. Participants are welcomed by our friendly staff and given their event materials with a smile.
