2009 Community Health Conference

How Much Does the Conference Cost?

The conference will be available at no charge (this year only!) to all conference attendees. 

Lodging, meals and travel expenses are to be paid by the participants.

How Do I Register For the Conference?

Conference registration will be available online only.  Registration will open July 24, 2009.

The following information for each participant will be required:

  • Name
  • Organization
  • Work Address
  • Work Phone
  • Email

Each participant will receive an electronic confirmation of attendance. 

How Do I Purchase a Lodging/Meals Package or Meals Only at Cragun’s?

Lodging and meals packages or meals only will be available for purchase online or by requesting a reservation form from The Odyssey Group at pam@togpartners.com.

Access for People with Disabilities

We are committed to ensuring that no individual - regardless of ability - is excluded, denied services, segregated, or otherwise treated differently because of the absence of auxiliary aids and services. If you require auxiliary aids or services, please note them on your conference registration form. A staff member will contact you to make arrangements.

Continuing Education Credits (CEUs)

The conference is designed to meet Minnesota Board of Nursing continuing education requirements as well as CE requirements for registered dieticians. It is also designed to provide Category II credits for health educators, and has been submitted for approval for registered environmental health specialists/sanitarians. A general certificate of attendance will be available for those who want to apply for credit in other areas/fields.

Attire

Dress for the conference, including the Community Health Awards ceremony and reception, is workday casual. Dress in layers as meeting room temperatures may vary.

Lodging/Meals at Cragun’s
You are responsible for your entire reservation. If you cancel or change your reservation less than 30 days prior to your arrival, there will be NO DEPOSIT REFUND. At 30 days or more prior to arrival, you will receive a REFUND less a $25 processing fee. When using a Voucher or Purchase Order, the above cancellation/refund policy will apply.

Cragun’s Check-In / Check-Out
Rooms are ready by 5:00 p.m. Check out is noon.

Cragun’s No Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed on the Cragun's premises because of their commitment to guests with allergies. Prior notification of certified service animals is required.
